The Yakusa Boss Anjo disappears with 100 million yen and a prostitute. Kakihara sets out with the rest of Anjo's troops on the search for the boss. A neatly slit open a safe at the scene leads them on the trail of the mysterious "Ichi". In a superhero costume and shoes fitted with blades aimed at Ichi among the triads outright massacres, which in turn are seen with increasing enthusiasm of Kakihara.
